MINOR: QUALITY OF LIFE AND HAPPINESS ECONOMICS (ERASMUS UNIVERSITY ROTTERDAM)
In this course, we explore the science of well-being. Core questions that will be covered in this minor include: What makes whom happy? Do people make optimal choices to achieve their well-being goals? If not, how can people be supported in optimizing their well-being? And, do happier and healthier citizens and employees actually stimulate better societal outcomes and company profits?
RENDEMENT VAN GELUK (POSTGRADUATE)
Het Executive Program ‘Het Rendement van Geluk’ is de eerste universitaire leergang die zich richt op geluk in organisaties vanuit een bedrijfseconomisch perspectief. Centraal staat geluk als holistisch en bedrijfskundig concept voor organisaties (‘organisational happiness’). Geluk wordt hierbij vanuit het perspectief van alle stakeholders van een organisatie behandeld. Daarnaast presenteert ‘Het Rendement van Geluk’ de meest recente internationale academische inzichten, gevoed door de eigen World Database of Happiness. Vooraanstaande sprekers uit de wetenschap en ‘thought leaders’ uit de bedrijfspraktijk treden op en delen hun meest actuele kennis, inzichten en ervaringen met de deelnemers.
